Paramore singer Hayley Williams is known for her quirky fashion sense and bright hair, but tonight she appears to be going all out. Her dress is sheer with black sequins and a tutu seemingly made out of pink hair, plus she's paired the look with tangerine hair, matching lipstick, and puce eye shadow. She's a pretty girl, but does this look come together well?

While I appreciate those who want to go against the grain, the hair, eyebrows and lips are way too matchy-matchy, and the dress looks cheap. Keep the hair, fix the make up and outfit.

Sometimes red and pink can look great together but this shade of hot pink clashes with her hair. And is the cross on her thigh a tattoo?

I think she's freakin' adorable but this dress isn't special enough for the Grammys. Also, I'm hating the orange brows, she should have used a more natural blonde/light brown.
