Until very recently, discussing Botox and fillers was still taboo in Hollywood and just about everywhere else. Actress Virginia Madsen was one of the first, back in 2007, to come out about her long-term use of Botox, as well as Juvederm. Madsen scored a promotional deal with Allergan as a result, and other Botox devotees like Vanessa Williams, Cindy Crawford, and Kim Cattrall soon followed suit.
Speaking of Kim, we all chuckled as her Sex and the City character, Samantha, quipped in the series's 2008 movie: "I don't really believe in marriage. Now Botox, on the other hand, that works every time."
