here i've done fishtail braids... i think the sections were too big because at the end they look like normal braids. jeez, that seems like alot of stuff for a braid, i think you'd need just hairspray, but thats just me. the braid looked pretty before she "pulled it apart".

I like it. It's better than just a regular braid. The pattern and texture look like a lot of fun, and it's visually appealing. :) Looks fairly simple to do as well.

Next time you might want to call ahead so that guy can get out of bed before you get there! He looked half asleep, or something. I didn't think the braid looked good after she pulled it apart, she needed a mirror I think. It must feel weird to go around with your hair pulled to one side. Unbalanced.
