1. "Use brow powder to fill in the eyebrows. This will conceal thin areas and control any unruliness."

2. "Apply dark brown eyeliner (recommended: Laura Mercier Tightline Cake Liner in Ground Espresso, $22) on the base of the upper lash line. Follow with a neutral cream eye shadow (recommended: Smashbox Cream Shadow in Topaz, $19) in the center of the eyelid and blend the color outward."
