How to Get a Double-Winged Eye Makeup Look Like Chanel Iman

Yesterday at a Victoria's Secret event, model Chanel Iman channeled a '60s vibe with a dramatic winged eyeliner look. But instead of extending the line beyond just the top lashes, a parallel line was also extended beyond the lower lash line for a more striking effect. To try Chanel's technique, start by lining the upper lash line with a black liquid waterproof eyeliner, curving the line out to the side. Next, to avoid the look from skewing harsh, use a slightly lighter color on the lower lash line (like charcoal), elongating it straight out. To brighten, fill in the area between the two lines with a gold shadow or liner. Then, finish by dabbing on just the faintest hint of a purplish-pink shadow under the charcoal liner to add a bit of edginess.
