Thanks for the feedback! I'd tried braiding my hair when it was wet before, but it didn't look like this. Used Joey's tips (leave two inches at the end, tug at the braids a little) and it worked out nicely.

well, tno....speaking for myself...and one whom is severely hair-style-it-yourself challenged...this was a GREAT tutorial for me. believe it or not, i've always wondered how that style was achieved and not that i went out of my way to find out -- but it seems EVERYONE on tv has it and it was kinda drivin' me a little nutty wondering how it was done. now i know....lol! thanks @bellasugar for the quick, descriptive and informative tutorial. this is just the thing i need. i'm going to try it today, in fact. i like for certain days...just not all the time...because i do seem to see far too many people with the same hairstyle, but i still want to do it.....occasionally! :)
