How to Get Sandra Bullock's Golden Globes Makeup

To create Sandra Bullock's smoldering eye makeup, Chanel makeup artist Angela Levin used a combination of all the colors from the Ombres Perlées de Chanel Eyeshadow Palette ($65), using the dark shades on the outside and working her way in to the lightest. Then, she lined with Long-Lasting Eyeliner in Ebene ($29), and then applied two coats of black mascara. For Sandra's cheeks and lips, Angela used Blush Duo Tweed Effect in Tweed Pink ($45) on the apples of Sandra's cheeks and Rouge Coco Lip Colour in Chintz ($32) for her pout.
