How Often Do You Buy Products After a Spa Treatment?

I'm not sure about you, but I have a bathroom cabinet filled with aromatherapy massage oils, masks, and even stones that I've purchased after a relaxing spa experience. Yes, I had the grand idea that I'd heat the stones and give my honey a hot-stone massage for Valentine's Day. (Fast forward three years and it's still never happened). I also find that therapists can be pretty relentless with their recommendations. Since I already know that you are inclined to buy products after a makeover, now I'm wondering: How often do you buy products after a spa treatment?

I don't get spa treatments that often, but I think if the product was really good, I would. If it was a generic product that I could buy elsewhere...then I wouldn't bother.

After spending $100+ just on the spa treatment and tip, I don't think I can afford anything else!

I have only bought stuff once. I purchased everything that they used on me. On subsequent spa visits, I just tell them that I already have a selection of products that I am using. I replenish my supply when they run out on the web.

if i like something. and it has to be paraben free and have no fillers or caffeine.

When I go for a spa treatment (usually once or twice a year), I like to budget a little extra so I can buy myself a treat on the way out. If the therapist recommends something I really like it may be that, otherwise it's usually a nice lotion or bath gel. I have no problem saying no to their recommendations and have even gone so far as to fib and tell them I already have that one at home! ;)

I buy something if I feel they could be good for my skin. But not because the sales person keeps oushing it. I have purchased too much though, because I think I should stock up and then end up switching to another product instead. So maybe I'm easy to fool?

I'd only buy something if they used it on my face and it was fab. Even then I'd give it a few days to see if my skin reacted negatively towards it before going back and buying it.

I hate the feeling of being pressured into buying something. It actually makes me want to go to the spa less often. And out of principal, I don't like to buy things. I've already spent enough money on the treatment. I like to research things online before I buy, so I am not going to buy something just because one person tells me to. Especially when that person is supposed to be "expanding their sale" on me!

I never buy anything ... I have very sensitive skin so if I want to stop the sales talk I just ask for a sample to see if my skin will tolerate it. That gives them hope, and gets me off the hook. With the price of the service plus tip, that's all I want to spend!
