How Often Do You Change Fragrances?

With all of the fragrances on the market to choose from, how often do you find yourself perfume hopping? Do you change your scent with your moods, when you start dating someone new, when you're going out for the evening, or are you fiercely brand loyal?

Years ago I was given a bottle of Nocturnes de Caron. I loved it, and wore it always. After several years it was discontinued. I have never loved another fragrance that way. Every 2 to 3 years I sniff new fragrance's (with coffee beans in between)and choose one. Nocturnes was put in production again, but I or it changed! I'm currently wearing one by Bond No 9.

I don't really have the time to plan out my perfumes with such care, I have too much other stuff to do. If it smells good to me then I go with it. :-)

i change mine according to mood and situation. more serious & professional, i do burberry london fun and out shopping, beyond paradise or be delicious others i use are pure poison, no.5 i like to use a variety!

I used to be a constant switcher, but recently I've really come to like the idea of a signature scent--a fragrance that reminds people of you, year-round. For me, it's the original Stella.

I wear the same scent until the bottle runs out. Perfume is too expensive, for me, to be buying more than one bottle at a time..lol. Currently I'm using SJP lovely & it smells wonderful.

Marc Jacobs Daisy and SJP's Lovely are my absolute faves!! If you haven't smelled Lovely yet, you have to! It smells great on, and I get compliments every time I wear it.

Be Delicious by DKNY is my favorite parfume. On spacial occasions I wear Burberry Brit Sheer or J'Adore (Dior).

I have so many! I pretty much change it up everyday. But I really want to make that nerw Fendi one my signiture scent :)

i switch it up....got a few faves but i'm always trying and grabbing new ones....right now loving prada infusion d'iris and comptoir sud pacifique extreme vanille (heaven!) i also really like fresh violet moss for spring which is coming up next!!!

I have 6 bottles of perfume (that doesn't include my 3 bodysprays for post-showering!) that I rotate based on what I'm wearing (oddly?!) I'd say my old signature scent was Angel, but I have to get it refilled when I have some $$$. Otherwise I rotate between: Ralph (fruity) Ralph Blue (flowery) Chanel Madamoiselle (classy. at my old workplace 2 other women wore the same perfume! It smelled nice but different on all of us) Alien (spicy/sweet - stupid name but it's the one I get the most compliments on) Mystic (sweet - EXACT copy of Britney Spears' Fantasy at 1/4 of the price!) Hypnotic Poison (sweet, it smells like cream soda.)

Clinique Happy is my signature scent - everyone who smells it says it reminds them of me :) I also LOVE Daisy by Marc Jacobs - yum! DKNY is also lovely, as is D&G Light Blue Even though it's a nice smell, I HATE Red Door. For the stupidest reason.... when I was a child, if I could smell Red Door, I knew my mother was going out! Red Door - the smell of childhood abandonment!! :) :)

I've been a Chanel No. 5 "woman" ever since I can remember. I have tried others but always go back to that one. last week I went to the Chanel counter to get a new purse size perfume when the lady behind the counter convinced me to try the fragrance "Chance". I took a tester and tried it that night. I've gotten lots of compliments on it. I think now I'll have two favorites. I cannot completely get rid of No. 5. It's a big part of me and what I consider my "signature" I think I woman should have a signature scent but now I also think a woman should surprise herself as well as others with something different...... Keep them on their toes.

I can't wear perfume because my cat is allergic :( but when I did a long time ago, I wore the same scent until I got sick of it. It could smell AMAZING and then after a certain amount of time, I'd hate it.

Depends on my mood. Lately I'm stuck on the parfums I picked up at the Fraganord parfumery in Eze, France. Belle de Nuit is my all-time favorite!

I'm a perfum addict. I have a bunch and sometimes change daily. But then I'll get in a mood and wear one for awhile. I also keep lighter stuff from B&BW to use on other days. Right now I'm switching between Aqulina Pink Sugar, In Contol, Fantasy, Vey Sexy, Very Irrestiable, Oui, Beyond Paradise, Marc Jacobs, Splendid, and a couple others I can't remember. I use the Beyond Paradise more in the spring, the Very Irrestiable more around Jan/Feb, the Very Sexy at night, and the MArc Jacobs for work related daytime things.
