for brunettes, try oscar blandi's pronto dry shampoo. it smells like lemon, and although it's a white powder, it brushes right out of my dark hair. it also doesn't get you that weird feeling some dry shampoos can, but it does add body too. it's not drugstore cheap, but $10 for the smaller size, and i've had mine for 2 yrs.

Honestly, I love Pssst brand dry shampoo, and its only $5.99 at Walgreens or CVS. Totally cheap! I'm blonde though, so maybe if you had darker hair you might have to try a different product...Pssst might be too light-colored. For me, though - and I bet other blonds - Pssst is a steal. I did try the new dry shampoo from Tresseme, too, but I have to say while it works great on freshly washed hair to get that bed-head peicey texture, it was too "gunky" feeling and waxey for me as a dry shampoo...I ended up feeling like my hair was dirtier than it was before. I'll stick with Pssst for now!
