How to Wear a Bold Purple Lip

Wearing a true purple lip is no easy feat, but Solange Knowles pulled it off nicely while attending a recent Range Rover party in LA. Gold eye shadow and bronzer complemented the bold color, while black liner and sculpted brows gave a dramatic effect. • The liner: Deep black liner stands up to the boldness of an intense lip color, so don't be afraid to apply a thick winged liner in the blackest black, like L'Oréal Hip Kohl Liner ($11).
