How to Wear Hot Pink Lipstick
4 Ways to Wear Hot Pink Lipstick: Daring or Wild

For the daring: Take a hint from Katy Perry and pair your bold pink lip color with a pastel blue polish. Long lashes and champagne shadow keep it from going too far. For something that puts the emphasis on the eyes, however, try Jennifer Hudson's approach. Start by lining the eyes with black waterproof liquid liner for a cat-eye effect. Then, sweep on a silvery shadow on the inner portion of the eyes, followed by a rich coffee brown hue on the outer creases for added drama.

For something more tame: Hot pink lipstick is bold on its own, so keep it simple with just a touch of baby-pink blush and a hint of black liner just on the upper lash lines, as did Emma Stone. For something with more warmth, look to Eva Pigford for inspiration. After applying a generous amount of bronzer to the hairline, cheeks, tip of the nose, and chin, apply a golden shadow to the lids, and just under the lower lash lines. Ground the look with a touch of mascara and a pop of caramel-toned shadow in the creases.
