How to Wear Metallic Nail Polish

There used to be this rule that you couldn't mix your silvers with your golds (particularly pertaining to jewelry), but Katy Perry proves that there's a way to do it right. At yesterday's European premiere for Arthur, Katy mixed her metallics, wearing a silver-toned manicure with golden eye shadow on her lower lash lines and gold rings on her ring finger. The key is to not overdo it on either shade, so that the mismatched metallics play nicely off each other.
