Get Transported to the Beach With Irene Neuwirth's New Scent

I consider my beauty products to be a part of my overall accessories look, as the right red lipstick or perfect waves can really pull an outfit together. That's why I was so excited when a bottle of jewelry designer Irene Neuwirth's new exclusive perfume for Barneys New York ($195) landed on my desk. The chic fragrance comes in a dreamy blue watercolor package, and the scent is encased in an elegant gold bottle with a simple powder blue label.

Neuwirth said she wanted to created a fragrance that smelled like the feeling of her jewelry — "bright and beachy yet sophisticated and personal." After taking a whiff and spritzing it on my wrists, I exhaled the orange blossom, jasmine, coconut essence, vanilla, and musk notes. I felt like the type of lady who lunches at Freds, and then jaunts off to her estate in East Hampton, NY — you know, if there wasn’t a polar vortex and all.
