She could still be in that morning sickness mode since her belly isn't showing much. It's far better than Natalie Portman's gowns.

@JaimeLeah526--You might understand the whole "blue boob" thing if you were pale. Some of us are very, very fair (Jewel, herself, is very fair in this photo), so instead of our skin color hiding the color of the many veins that travel through the breasts, the color shows through; hence, our breasts look "blue." Jewel's makeup artist might have forgotten to put body makeup on her breasts thinking they would be covered. However, it's very normal for someone so fair to look like they have blue breasts.
