Jeweled Black Headbands

Get Into the Groove With a Textured Headband

5

Now that she's a New Yorker, Whitney Port has that whole effortlessly pulled-together look down pat, as evident in her appearance at a Susan G. Komen Foundation benefit last night in NYC. I'm liking how she accessorized her all-black ensemble with an ultra-punchy lipstick, soft shimmery gold shadow, and a casually tossed-back updo, accentuated with a texturized black headband.

It's got an 1980s edge to it, but with a sweet simplicity. Upon closer inspection, Whitney's chunky hair accessory is actually just a series of sparkly stones bunched together, and you can get a similar look, too. I've gathered together several options inspired by this textured style. Check them out below:

I agree; I want that lipstick! As for looking effortless; I don't know about that - not to mention her hair looks awful. I love the headband and makeup, though...

I heart headbands, but they have to be comfy ! I HATE when they pinch... definitely a headache to come. the JCrew one is adorable :)
