Katy Perry at 2010 MTV Movie Awards

K isn't for "cookie," but it is for Katy Perry, whose blue wig on the red carpet tonight seemed like it could be an homage to Sesame Street's resident chocolate chip-loving monster. Smart cookie that she is, Katy kept the rest of her look relatively neutral, with pink-nude lipstick and blush. The only other standout was her big cat-eye liner. We're used to seeing Katy wear fun wigs and whimsical outfits on the red carpet. Think this look is a winner?
