From a blue Bettie Page-style wig to holographic nails to a bouncy chin-length bob, this "California Gurl" is always turning heads. Her most recent look: various blue, pink, and purple highlights woven throughout her dark hair. Are you loving it?

I actually really like streaks of colors in hair like that but I much prefer it one color at a time.

It's fine for her. I mean, she is Katy Perry. For the everyday woman? A little childish. I can't imagine making a good impression at a job interview with this hairstyle. Oh, to be a celebrity. I'd love to dress crazy all the time and be able to get away with it!

if it was.. more.. put together? it would actually look nice. Instead it just looks like those extensions that you clipped into your hair when you were a kid..
