Okay not about the lipstick (but I think it's cute BTW) when Frankie Jonas got an award did anyone catch the " go 'head if you wanna say a few things" ? The way she said it I couldn't stop laughing. My friends and I couldn't stop rewinding the TV to hear her say it again

It looks nice but feel like she is looking too old here bc. of the makeup and hair. She is only 16 -feel like it should be more fun and age appropriate.
