At last night's party for Flaunt magazine, the 24-year-old looked more like a punk debutante than an angsty teenager. While her hair may no longer be shocking pink, she still wears the hue with confidence on her lips. The exact color is MAC lipstick Show Orchid, a shade available only at MAC Pro stores. The key to pulling off a bold hue like this one? Stick with lipstick, not gloss, and keep the rest of your makeup simple. Cool.

Darn, I've got to retract my comment. I saw other pictures of Kelly Osborne/this makeup look and it ain't pretty. This looks far better in profile.

Kelly Osborne looks amazing here. This look resembles a similar look Rihanna wore recently. I think this lipstick looks great on her because the dark hair and eyebrows make her complexion look cool-toned; this lipstick is designed to be worn by a Winter.

i have this color by loreal HIP (http://www.drugstore.com/popups/largerphoto/default.asp?pid=187371&catid=98645&size=300&trx=29888&trxp1=187371&trxp2=1), it's called arresting, but it's a gloss. i usually put it on, leave it on for long enough until it stains, and wipe it off. otherwise it is a big mess, and doesn't look good glossy anyway. it also sort of shines irridescent which is what attracted me to it in the first place. i have been trying to find a lipstick of the same color!! and kelly osbourne is so awesome. she has come a long way
