Love It or Hate It? Kelly Osbourne's Devilish Eyeliner

Kelly Osbourne took a swim across the pond for the USA NME Awards last night in Los Angeles. Kelly has always walked on the wild side when it comes to her hair and makeup, but, crikey, this matching red lip and devilish red-winged eyeliner look is something I've never even seen before. What do you think about it?

Hmm... White and red eyeliners are really making the scene. I like the white, especially under the eyes and in the corner, it definitely brightens up ones look; however, I am still not sold on the red look. Red eyeshadow can be quite fun, but red eyeliners make people look ill or something.

Sorry, TFS, but I really don't think that was being "too honest", that was just plain mean. I personally don't think that about her at all and I'm sure many others don't think it either. And I love the look on her, too.

yeah i knwo it was mean n harsh but tbh come on we all think it lol. im to hoenst sorry. :) even the most of people here said she never looks good, which is right! :)
