I'm racking my brain trying to think of a time when Kristen Bell has looked anything but cute and polished on the red carpet. Nothing's coming up, and she continues to look fresh at the Teen Choice Awards. While the lined-eyes-and-minimal-color look isn't exactly groundbreaking on the makeup front, it's a simple look that is both youthful and classic.
