New York Fashion Week is over, but the inspiration continues. For Spring 2013, Libertine's runway was filled with bright colors and vibrant prints, but it was the punk-influenced hair and makeup that commanded everyone's attention. Before the models were sent down the runway in blond fringe, crimson plumes, and smoky metallic eyes, we got a look at Libertine's hair and makeup test.
