Love It or Hate It? Lil' Mama's Fashion Rocks Look

As usual, Lil' Mama takes her look over the top - top hat, that is. Whether you think she's channeling Fred Astaire or Slash, Lil' Mama is certainly continuing to display a penchant for headgear. Accessories aside, her lashes are spiky and she went lighter on the eyeliner than usual. And, of course, her lip gloss most definitely "be poppin.'" Has she redeemed herself to the 88% of you that hated her Teen Choice Awards look?

She looks dead no life in the photo it looks like she is about peform a circus act for the public with that outfit on.She needs serious help i think she is getting inspired by t-pain's three rings album with these goof a$$ hats that's the only thing that comes to mind.

She needs more makeup. All I see is a top hat and lashes. What did she wait too long to get her weave done? I would like to see her with shimmery smoky eyes and some brighter lipgloss.

I think TRASHY is somewhat harsh. I don't love the look; don't hate it either. If it were Pamela Anderson(who is the trashiest and has worn a fluffy top hat or two), I bet half of you who voted "hate it" would be singing praises for top hats!Coining it as the next hawt trend...LOL.

I think she's trying to be a trendsetter or she's just having fun. I really don't care if she looks like a hot mess, don't bother me none.

I don't really understand why she always dresses like this. I am sure she is trying to be different, but there are ways to look different without looking completely ridiculous. It would be really nice to just see her wear something beautiful for once without any distractors like that hat!

She is quite PRETTY already. BUT she aways dresses like a clown..so to speak (NOT TRASHY). I think that she outbeats Solange's weird style and taste by far! WOW
