Payless ShoeSource may be the place you go for inexpensive footwear and Halloween accoutrements, but very soon, you'll be able to pick up a nail polish and lip color there, too.

The new range, which will also include lotions, shower gels, fragrances, and eye colors, will be sold under the brand names Zoe & Zac and Unforgettable Moments. Of course, we'll never know what it's like until we try the new goods, but if we're going on looks alone, it seems quite feminine.
