There sure have been a lot of e.l.f. recommendations on fabsugar...
1i wear fake lashes on a daily basis, those made by shu uemura are the best and u can use them again and again!
2There's no way that e.l.f. kit is only $1, right?
3I have long lashes. I dont need these lol.
4$1.00 seems like the right price. I don't like wearing fake lashes, but when I do wear them, I use the 99 yen (about $1) type. I've also worn the $10 type and haven't found any real difference in quality between them and the cheap ones.
5wow im liking that curl up kit!
6I can never seem to get them on right and I dont want to pull a britney and have my eyelash fall off while im speaking with someone....so any tips?
7I have long lashes but they don't curl up the way they use to, even after using a curling iron, so I might try these babies out.
8ugh this is one trend i will probably never participate in no matter how skimpy my lashes get or how easy the kit is, with me and my shaky hands, something is going to end up in my eye flutter-the one, the only, accept no substitutions
9tifygodess - you can search the sephora.com or videojug.com for video demo on how to apply fake lashes. but ultimately it is a matter of practice before shaky hands like flutterpie can also be a master as using these lashes. it becomes like wearing contacts.
i have short lashes but yet i like the smokey eye look but i need the full lashes to OPEN up my eyes, so they really save me much time and effort instead of using mascara, which is hard to clean off.
There is a difference between using $30 lashes and $1 lashes, in terms of the hair quality, the more ex ones are very hairy realistic looking while the cheap ones dun last more than a couple of uses and the hairs are stiff and FAKE and plastic.
You still want your fake lashes to look luscious and nice and not waxy plastic fake.
Phew, i said so much. sorry, this is my pet topic.. i shd probably have a blog entry for this.
10you should try the individual pieces for a more natural look. So, by using individual pieces, you can just put it at the outer corner or anywhere u prefer
