Well, I think we're starting to see a trend: Upswept hair and a very glossy, nude lip seem to be the look at this year's Emmy awards. It's often paired with a smoky eye, but look how Jaime Pressly does things a little differently. Her inner lids are lined in black, but the inner corners of her eyelids have a shimmery light eye shadow. This gives the illusion of making her eyes look bigger.
