Check out Jessica Biel in the parking lot the other day in LA. Girlfriend's got some seriously pale lips! It looks like all the blood has rushed out of them—somebody get her some plumper quick to get the circulation going in her mouth! All kidding aside, there are lots of ladies who love an ultra-pale pout. Some use powder to mattify, soften and lighten up the otherwise natural color.
