This weekend, Kylie Minogue got all dressed up to celebrate the 20th anniversary (!) of her first hit single, “The Locomotion”. She's got a Marilyn Monroe-meets-Flock of Seagulls thing going on with this curly updo. Do you think she's pulling it off?
