I'm split on Rashida Jones's look here. The girl is stunning, with a beautiful complexion and out-of-this-world bone structure. And her makeup is something I'd wear for sure! But again, just like with Eva Longoria, I want to muss up her bangs a little. Give 'em some volume, that's all. And you?

What idiot let her walk out of the house with that hair? Come on! She's very attractive and was very well put together but it looks like her hair team didn't show up!!!! Her hair would have looked better in a ponytail! Such a let down!

For those that dont know, Rashida Jones is the daughter of Quincy Jones(yes THE Quincy Jones....think music) and an actress mother...haha(cant remember her name...something Lipton...., he got so many baby mamas)she starred in Boston Public also for quite a while, she mixed/mulatto, of a white mother and a black father(for those that dont know Quincy) great complexion indeed ;) . I love Rashida!!! but yeah those bangs need to go :D
