Even though there was plenty of sunshine at the event, Mark celebrity makeup artist Fiona Stiles used the brand's That's Brilliant Face & Eye Luminizer ($14) to give a subtle glow all over the face. Next, Stiles applied OCC Lip Tar in Anime ($18), blotted it after the first coat, and used powder on the edges to keep the lips from smearing. Finally, a second layer was applied for vibrant color. She used Chanel Quadra in Variation ($59), topped off with mascara on both the bottom and top lash lines.
