Maybelline New York's Global Makeup Artist Charlotte Willer created a strong eye look with thick liner. "It's mystic gypsies that are modern and simple, but it actually looks quite graphic," she explained. For the eyes, she used gel eyeliner to make a triangle shape beginning midway on the lid and extending outward. She filled it in to form the illusion of winged liner. Willer also put the inky color on the lower waterline.
