Marion Cotillard is always effortlessly pretty, and over the weekend at the Toronto Film Festival she even managed to make a simple ponytail look elegant, thanks to her hairstylist, Robert Vetica. We got the breakdown from Vetica on how he created the look, so to see how you can copy Marion's style at home, just keep reading.
- Robert made a low side part on Marion's wet hair and blow-dried her hair from the part to the side.
- Next, he did a bit of back combing to add some fullness at the crown. He sprayed Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray ($21) to help the teased hair stay in place. (Find a list of salons that carry Moroccanoil products here.)
- After that, he rewet her bangs and restyled them, adding Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream ($32) to provide weight to the hair and to hold her bangs in place.
- Next, he pulled Marion's hair into a high ponytail placed just below her crown and wrapped the base of the ponytail with her own hair to cover the elastic. This gave the ponytail more swing, thanks to its greater width.
