I think she does a pretty good job at this look, but needed brightening up on the lower/inner lids. She looks tired.

I always love her hair and makeup for the award shows. She takes risk, but keeps it beautiful. It's never boring, and frankly most of the ladies bored me Sunday night. It's the Oscars... where was all the glamour? Kate Winslet was about it.

This could look prettier if the lip color was slightly different (lighter, glossier) and the hair wasn't so big.

I know her hair probably has a lot of product in it to keep it that well placed but it still manages to look very natural and soft.
