All the women in Melissa Macedo's family have long hair — including her identical twin sister! So when this young musician decided she was ready for a big change, an edgy new 'do seemed to be the way to go.
Since cancer runs in her family, Melissa opted to donate her hair to create a wig through Pantene's Beautiful Lengths program. Though nervous about her life-altering look, she's thrilled to have the chance to empower a woman who is fighting cancer.
