I've always had a slight girl crush on Rachel Weisz. She's got a great look, and her movies are almost always intriguing, well-acted, and downright cool.

At the Independent Spirit Awards earlier this year, Rachel went for an understated look that was effortlessly chic. But tonight, the actress channels a romantic, Victorian-era quality with deep berry lips, sexy sultry eyes, and a tousled, wavy updo.
