Look to Michelle Williams if you're struggling to grow out a close-cropped pixie. While she's been well-known for her short-sheared style, Michelle is in the midst of growing it out and sported her longer layers at the Oz the Great and Powerful London premiere last night. The asymmetrical bangs and tucked-back sides are the ideal in-between look for growing out the undercut trend from last year.
