Though her makeup was still low-key and teen appropriate, Miley's rocker-chic waves, big jewelry, and newish nasal decoration all suggest that daddy Billy Ray may be about to see his baby girl grow up. her piercing doesnt even look real. it looks like someone got on paint on their computer and put a green dot on her nose...yeah nice try guys. and i liked what she wore to the TCA Awards...other than the shirt she performed in the showed off her bra...uhhh miley TEEN choice awards

she looks like a little slut. my daughter watches her and looks up to her and she is danceing on a poll. she needs to pay attention to her fans.

Not a fan. Her eyebrows look funny - maybe filled in too much. And she needs about 4 less necklaces on. I feel like she looks like a wax figure in this picture - very artificial.

I appreciate that her make up is toned down for once since I think she usually goes overboard. However, this whole looks screams "I just discovered Madonna circa 1986!" which just bothers me.

If she were older, I would think this look was ridiculous. Ridiculous is kind of the purview of sixteen-year-olds, though, so I'm okay with it.

I really like her hair and makeup. She never wears this little, but it looks normal for a 16 year old. I think it's good. She has on a lot of jewelry though, which is distracting and clunky looking.
