With sparkling makeup to set off her eyes and face-framing waves in her hair, Miley Cyrus looks pretty sweet on the red carpet. Her soft eye makeup, subtle blush, and pink lip gloss make her look more angelic than she did in this year's racy video. (Still, she wore a nose ring — she can't be too tamed.) What do you think?
