Normally, we see Miley Cyrus sporting long curly locks, lots of dark, smoky eye makeup, and glossy nude lips. What differentiates her style this evening? It's all about the matte lip, which she paired with copper-toned accents on the cheeks and eyes. It all came together to complement those chestnut brown locks, which appear to have more of a red hue, no?
