New Product Alert: MAC Painterly Collection

Okay, so I know I sound like I've reverted to sixth-grade Bella, but seriously, you guys: This is so cool. MAC has just released a line of new eye shadows called Paint Pots. The highly pigmented shadows go on creamy, but dry to a vibrant matte or pearlized finish. You'll need a makeup brush to apply it, but with these colors, I think it's worth it!

MAC has also introduced Technakohl (yuk yuk), a mechanical pencil liner, and I'm completely crazy about these Featherette lashes. Practical? No. Fabulously fantastical? Absolutely!

I love cosmetics that are old-fashioned like this, where it takes brushes and extra care to put them on. It makes it feel like it's playtime.

These would be sooooo perfect for stage! And, in a much less thick and exaggerated application for day time too. I absolutely have to get at least a few pair of those lashes. Regular stage lashes just disappear against my skintone. Maybe I should start a discussion on stage makeup... Thanks again MAC!

I love going to the MAC counter!! That's what's so much fun about the line, even though we frequent the counter, everytime you go in there is something new and fabulous to buy. My MAC can't live w/out products; facial wipes and fix+.

*~*I can't wait to try these...& did anyone hear about the new 3D Glass??? They're supposed to be less sticky & more moisturizing than the regular lipglass...I love MAC!!!!!*~*

i got some paint pots the other day...they are wonderful!!! the payoff is excellent and the colors are beautiful!! i have yet to actually see and touch the feather lashes, but i think i'll pass either way...they remind me of the branch eyebrows from a lancome add or a clinique add or something...spooky if you ask me.

If these are anything like the MAC paints in the tube..I'm IN. One of my most fave products ever...that stuff does NOT move, and makes a great base for regular shadow
