Love It or Hate It? Nicky Hilton's Seoul-ful Eye Makeup

Yesterday in Seoul, Korea, Nicky Hilton promoted her clothing collections, Nicholai and Chick By Nicky Hilton. While her hair looks neat, shiny, and polished and her skin is gorgeous, her eye makeup looks off to me. It's heavy and metallic by the brows, creating a bit of a muddy effect. What do you think about it?

Definitely needs a flesh-toned highlighter instead of bronzer or whatever that muddy mess is by her brows. The whole effect is a bit matronly for such a young, stylish woman. On the plus side, she does look happy and rather pretty, if her face were less made up. BTW, did she wear clothing at the event, or just earrings? She looks a tad undressed.
