Color-Coordinate Your Walls and Toes With OPI's New Collaboration

Have you ever wished your favorite nail polish color was something you could reproduce everywhere? Dream no more! Allure has some inside details on an amazing collaboration that allows you to match your manicure to your living room walls. To find the paints online, visit Clark+Kensington's website and get the color coordination started!

As the result of what seems like a match made in Pinterest heaven, you can now paint your walls with your signature nail polish color — provided it is one of the 18 OPI shades included in the brand's new collaboration with Clark+Kensington paint, available at Ace Hardware stores as of this week. Yep, some of the salon staple's most popular polishes are being turned into paint. For your walls. Upon hearing the news of this collection, my main thought was: floor-to-ceiling Lincoln Park After Dark? Perfect, you can call it the claustrophobia room. But then I looked at the actual shades they chose to include in the line (turns out Lincoln Park After Dark isn't one of them), and I'm able to report that there are some cool, less panic-inducing options.

There are a few dark blues and even a black (Black Onyx) in the mix, but for those of us who are not decorating Ozzy Osbourne's dressing room circa 1985, there's also a range of subtler hues: a glowing eggshell shade (Don't Touch My Tutu!), a similarly ballet-themed pale gray (My Pointe Exactly), and the popular, flattering nude Samoan Sand. (Is it possible for a wall to be flattering? Is that even a thing that's worth thinking about?) There are also fun brights, like Do You Lilac It?, a pretty purple, and Can't Find My Czechbook, a bold turquoise. Should you feel the need to match your living space to your fingertips, head to an Ace Hardware store immediately.
