She is always stunning no matter what hair color she has, but I agree that the makeup could have used some color and the hair is too tightly back - it makes her forhead look bigger. I really loe her though and love watching he on House...

It's just "meh" on its own, but after seeing the full dress on FabSugar, I think this really works - the two go together pretty well. Well, that, and I adore Olivia Wilde. So maybe a little bias there. :P
