Hey it's Kirby with your Bella Beauty Beat, and this week all eyes are on Paris as couture fashion week continues. You're with one with new creative director Raf Simons at the helm, saluting the signature full skirt and synched waist silhouette, and included a standout beauty look from legendary makeup artist, Pat McGrath. Modern eyes featured bright pops of neon pink and lime green and their eyelashes were coated with the same electric shade. The makeup look was completed with a coat of matte cerise lipstick. with added a playful element to the couture collection. Elie Saab made braid fit for couture with his Byzantine inspired collection. The models were given a softer makeup look for a fresh innocent looking style, while their hair was cornrowed on both sides to create a low, knotted at the bottom. A faux braid was added to create a thicker final look. Ballerinas easily may have been the news at Valentino's runway show which was graced with plenty of tight top knots. The model's hair was slicked into a high bun to elongate the head, while two strands were left flowing out of the ears, adding artificial messiness to the sleek hairstyle. The knot was covered with a light netting. And some would say is a ballet inspired addition to keep the bun neat and elegant. Makeup was left sheer and included sepia toned shades on the eyes and cheeks plus a just bitten stain on the lips giving each model a slightly flush look. Couture Fashion Week kicked off on Monday in the City of Lights and all of the spectacular beauty looks are available to review on BellaSugar.com. I'm Kirbie and thanks for watching BellaSugar TV.
