And tonight, she's up for a SAG for her role in Vicky Cristina Barcelona. For her red carpet look, Penelope puts all the focus upward, lining her brown eyes with black and navy liners. She is truly stunning, and some of her red carpet dresses are gorgeous, but somehow her hair always ruins everything, it is always too big, too "pouffy" (if that´s a word), or her bangs are an akward length...

That is really harsh makeup, especially around her eyes. She still looks beautiful, but the makeup doesn't do her any good.
