Penelope Cruz, nominated for her role in Nine, sparkles on the red carpet tonight. Seriously, when does this woman not look gorgeous? Avert your eyes from her teardrop earrings and concentrate on the cascading curls that frame her face. From her masterfully tweezed brows to her dual-tone eyeshadow and shining gloss, there's really not much to say other than wow.
