Here we have Leighton Meester rocking what can only be described as a slightly edgy porcelain doll look. To add drama to her white-toned frock, the young actress accentuates her sultry look with a bright pop of ruby red lipstick and a truly smoky eye. I'm digging how the blush takes on both pink and coral tones, and as for her hair, you'll have to tell me what you think about the tousled updo.
