For every Instagram photo tagged #bellahair, BellaSugar will donate $1 to the American Cancer Society on behalf of Pantene Beautiful Lengths — plus you could win one of four $1,000 prizes! @Annie Tomlin welcome to california where everything is high and quality is poor. hair dressers calculate the length of your hair and how you want it cut, colored, and styled and base the price on that. since long hair cost more most likely at a mid-sized hair salon you are looking at spending $200+ if you go to a high end salon in beverly hills you are looking to spend $400+. but that wasn't my point, and yes i do have a neck for doing DIY projects but the point was too many people entering too many times w/out reading the official rules. thats my point and our winner also entered more than once. i'm looking out for myself, so if something is unfair i will say it.

@nikkisoda so when i express my opinion and my views i am automatically assumed a bitter but lovely person?! to each their own. i just merely stated that people dont follow rules and post their pictures up 20x making it unfair for those of us who do follow rules become obsolete and no chance of winning even if yours or mine hair is the most beautiful, etc. Tthe official rules state that only one entry per person per week i see more than one person entering their pictures more than 1x and entering pictures other than the current category, ex: hair color. Is that far for me who entered only one time? or for you? thats my concern. I've seen this happen in other giveaways, and i'm starting to think its a joke and i'm the fool that follows the rules. nothing to be bitter about, and i do like some of the hair colors on here. I do see more than one person that has had their pictures posted on instagram #bellahair at least 6x and one of them is here on the front post, i thought by the rules you get disqualified for that, why is there an official rules and yet no disqualification? it just shows that rules are just not meant to be followed. 'Mean what you say and do what you mean", thats one motto people should follow. No hard feelings! may the best hairs win.

Wow, I'm an actor/model and I have to say @hairhegoes you are amazing. I love how the colors blend from dark to light. I would like to do that as a male model with a spiked look! So cool!

These colors are so pretty I really love this website so much. I learn so much from all of these fun posts. I am so in love with the black and honey gradient hair is it possible you guys can do a tutorial on how to do this at home? I have a Reunion coming up and I think the gorgeously gradient hair would be the perfect for the fall. I have shoulder length black hair so any tips would be helpful thank you guys :) -bellafanaticlover xoxo

@pinkmedress Thanks for your feedback. That's cool that you do your own cut and color. It's definitely a skill (says she who learned the hard way) and it sounds like you do have talent. For the gallery, we are just highlighting (pun intended) some of our favorite pictures that were tagged #bellahair. We definitely don't think people need to spend lots of money to have great hair — none of us are dropping $200 on a cut/color! I hope you'll join in this week's challenge if you haven't already. @pinkmedress Woah. I cannot help but be offended here. My picture is on the cover. I tagged two separate pics of myself, each just showing a different angle of my new color. That, by the way, didn't cost me $200. $85 to be exact. Plus I had color done specifically for my wedding a few weeks ago that I thought looked amazing. So I added that photo as well. Maybe this weeks challenge would be better for you. It's hair accessories. Those do not have to cost an arm and a leg. You could even make one! And one last thing. Please don't try to take others down just because you are bitter. It's not becoming. And I'm sure you are actually quite lovely.

i should start posting 20 pictures of myself so i can get on the cover of this post too, not bitter but dont get how people dont follow official rules end up not being disqualified. i guess rules are meant to be broken. i think everyone's hair colors look great but not everyone can afford a $200 color and/or cut, we are in a recession and that money could be used for bills and to buy food. i dont get my hair colored or cut at a salon, i do it myself, and i do good job. a good friend of mine back in the day was learning to be a cosmetologist so i'd let her color and cut my hair and she would do amazing work. but now i do my own now thats talent, worth every penny of that $1000.

this "gorgeously gradient" hair color is def. the best out of the bunch. the others weren't anything too spectacular in regards to "color" aside from the girl with the blonde hair and bright tips, that was cool but my favorite would be the gradient ombre because this color looks blended well plus this is all the craze in the magazines, fashion and runway. i think she did a great job with her color choice because its lovely for the fall and looks gorgeous with her skin tone and layered hair. very bohemian fashionista!!!
