Nominated tonight for Best Female Video, Katy Perry looks hot (not cold) on the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards. Huge false eyelashes frame her big Bambi eyes, which set the stage for this vibrant and playful look. Speaking of her eyes — they seem to sparkle thanks to the silver shimmer surrounding them. They're in pretty contrast to her cheeks which are rosy, but downplayed. As such, her vibrantly pink lips seem to really pop. The hair, too, is just as exuberant (although I do wish I could wipe that unruly strand away). Overall, I think it's a good look for Katy. What do you think? Hot or cold?
